E-CARGO does more than just keep your food warm during transport. With its SteamFree technology, it monitors and ensures the proper fragrance of food by eliminating excess moisture. It prevents that classic “soggy” effect capable of ruining even the best food. All this is accomplished by the presence of the dynamic dehumidifier, coupled with a ventilation system

 Thanks to the combination of HotAir and SteamFree technologies and the two internal fans, HOTBOX succeeds in making the temperature inside uniform, while also allowing perfect dehumidification by expelling excess moisture and without the need to acquire air from outside (which may be, especially in large cities, polluted or not entirely free of particulate matter or polluting particles from outside)
